footed pajamas

edit

What you've done is the equivilant of pointing Dr. Denton to blanket sleepers. Footed Pajamas is a brand just like Dr. Denton or Carter's listed in the blanket sleepers article.

footed pajamas

Please leave this page, if you have any issues with that i'm open to discuss. that is like re-directing carters to blanket sleepers. I have it clearly stated that Footed Pajamas is a manufactuer on the article and linking to yours. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Twolniewicz (talkcontribs) 01:50, 26 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

hi!

edit

You seemed in a rush to delete the page that I am trying to create. May I ask why?

Nothing personal; just doing new pages patrol and he didn't strike me as notable. Ravenna1961 (talk) 07:34, 22 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Notable

edit

No. I take that back actually. I can't get angry at you, Ravine, for your lack of common knowlegde in Pop Culture.

Please: define "notable".

That's what the {{Hangon}} template is for; and WP:NOTABILITY, FWIW. Ravenna1961 (talk) 08:54, 22 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Exactly. I rest my case. Go take a lesson or two in the History of Street Wear. Maybe then, we might be able to have an itelligent discussion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Eva Brown (talkcontribs) 20:48, 22 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Strong inference

edit

Please could you explain how WP:OR applies to the paragraph you deleted from strong inference. I see that references are supplied so which part of WP:OR do you think is relevant? BTW I have reverted but am open to discussion. Pgr94 09:55, 12 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Patrolled?

edit

Not disputing your move of List of mammals of Newfoundland and the various related pages, but your edit comment made me curious. Where are pages marked as 'patrolled'? I looked under WP:RCP and WP:New Pages Patrol, and couldn't find anything which would tell me where to find anything that tags a page as 'patrolled'. Or am I missing something here?Vulcan's Forge (talk) 03:29, 19 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for new page patrolling, with the new function, please remember to log pages as having been patrolled, saves looking at them multiple times. Cheers. Carlossuarez46 (talk) 18:53, 21 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • That part is a pain, but you can tag them patrolled right before you tag them or whatever. I've had to go back a few times, it'll take getting used to but it's amazing to me how many articles are not being patrolled (just look back a day or two to see what got away). Blaze Bayley band

edit

Thanks for editing my typo for me! And yes, the band are called Blaze Bayley. It was called Blaze during the active period, 1999-2004. The band then had a lot of trouble (which actually started near the end of 2003 and just got worse and worse), going very much underground until recently. New management, first news of a tour and album in years...and then the band's name changes on the website. Tourdates are announced as Blaze Bayley appearances. That's why you would expect to find them as Blaze. (The Elfoid 15:06, 2 December 2007 (UTC))Reply

I don't understand what you mean 'Article title not mentioned at given 'ref'--can't find anything via google, either.'

I'm having trouble with a couple of road signs and references. Your assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks. 7&6=thirteen (talk) 21:52, 17 December 2007 (UTC)StanReply

Just wanted to express my personal appreciation for the editing you did to my copy (mostly) on Grayling, Michigan. The road sign thing was mostly worked out by the time you got there, but you did a nice job.

Hubbard Lake, Michigan

Make sure you go to the lake, not just the town. It needs to have links to maps and aerial photos, etc.

Possible odd suggestion

edit

Hello! I have recently run across edits that you have made to which I have no objections. But I was wondering, why have you not created a user page? You appear to be a new page patroller from the comments I've seen. Just an observation but I have noticed that quite often "red link" users raise suspicions regardless of their contributions. I realize it's none of my business but you've made a lot of really good edits so I just wondered. KellyAna (talk) 03:38, 22 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
