July 2017 edit

Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Gautama Buddha, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Copying within Wikipedia requires proper attribution edit

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Origins of Asian martial arts#China to China–India relations (your addition has since been removed). While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. If you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 12:51, 10 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Copyright policy applies to images edit

Raghvendra99674010: Please do not upload images you find on internet without getting copyright permissions from that website. If the creative commons copyright is unavailable or unclear, please do not copy-paste / add such content into wikipedia articles. Please see WP:Copyvio guidelines. Your cooperation is requested, Ms Sarah Welch (talk) 15:33, 13 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 04:38, 26 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

September 2017 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Suryavansha, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 20:19, 27 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
