Request reason:

I apologize, that my user account is not for abuse. I have a constructive contribution to English wikipedia. And I apologize if I'm wrong when using Wi-FI to edit wikipedia. Because I don't have more data plan to edit using cellular data, so I use public wifi. Prince ovy, why were you trying to log into Vedbas? Is that also your account? And before you say it wasn't - I can see the device used to log in, and it's the same device and the login attempts were made at the same time as you logged in. GeneralNotability (talk) 22:27, 16 January 2022 (UTC)

I suspect that most of the evidence in this case has gone stale. We don't keep information on IP addresses and what happens on them indefinitely, and eventually we have to just go on gut instinct and what evidence we can still see. @Tamzin: When asked to disclose what accounts this user has used in the past two years, the user disclosed only Skh_sourav_halder (talk · contribs) and denied using vedbas (talk · contribs). With the concurrence of the blocking administrator, we offered a ROPE unblock. If the user has in fact used other accounts, I would consider that to be grounds for re-blocking both for sockpuppetry and for obtaining the unblock through deception.
