Please don't shout

Hey! I noticed that you gave Ipigott some Wikilove, however it was in all caps which can be seen as shouting. In this case I kinda find it funny since it's kinda like someone who has issues controlling how loud they speak is trying to give a compliment (not trying to offend anyone. Only other example I could think of is Arnold Schwarzenegger yelling a compliment to someone).
