In this case it was especially problematic because you over-wrote part of an older comment by an ip user, but left their signature attached to your edit. Beeblebrox (talk) 22:29, 9 February 2017 (UTC)

Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like you to assume good faith while interacting with other editors, which you did not do on Stainless steel. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Your edit summaries on this page could be seen to be inflammatory and discourteous. Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Stainless steel. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. The editor's restoration of the "When?" tag was justified. The cited source may be from 2013, but it says "nothing" to support "With the development of high performance glues, interest has recently developed in adhesive bonding". The brochure simply lists some useful glues for stainless steel. It does not say when glues started to be used, or that it was because of recent developments. Even if the source did give a date, it would still be appropriate to ask for a specific date in the article rather than the vague "recent". Meters (talk) 22:35, 29 June 2020 (UTC)
