I am writing to appeal the block placed on my account following the submission of an article about Mandarin Eastville, Pattaya. I understand that my article was perceived as promotional or advertising in nature, which is not in alignment with Wikipedia's guidelines. I would like to express my sincere apologies for this oversight and clarify my intentions.

As the founder of Mandarin Eastville, my goal was to contribute factual information about the hotel to Wikipedia. I realize now that my close association with the subject might have led to an unintentional bias in the way the information was presented. I assure you that it was not my intention to use Wikipedia as a platform for advertising or self-promotion. I deeply value the principles of neutrality and factual accuracy that Wikipedia stands for.

To rectify this situation, I am committed to:

As the founder you will need to make the Terms of Use required paid editing disclosure and read about conflict of interest. You won't be unblocked to, in the short term, edit about your company. If that is your only goal here, this is the end of the road. If you are interested in being a more general contributor and editing about other topics first, please tell what those might be. Once you show that you understand relevant Wikipedia guidelines you may later be permitted to submit a draft about your company, but not now.
