Las Malas Intenciones edit

Hello Paulo.s.matos,

It seems to me that an article you worked on, Las Malas Intenciones, may be copied from http://www.1channel.ch/watch-5223883-las-malas-intenciones. It's entirely possible that I made a mistake, but I wanted to let you know because Wikipedia is strict about copying from other sites.

It's important that you edit the article and rewrite it in your own words, unless you're absolutely certain nothing in it is copied. If you're not sure how to fix the problem or have any questions, there are people at the help desk who are happy to assist you.

Thank you for helping build a free encyclopedia! MadmanBot (talk) 15:38, 16 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Please don't redirect an existing article with the exact same text into a new article you've created. If you believe the article name should change, please log a request at the requested moves page. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 17:36, 16 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
Please stop with the copy and paste move. I've given you the link to the requested move page if you feel the title is incorrect. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 18:14, 16 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Sorry but content was updated, trying not to loose content.

If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text, or images borrowed from other websites, or printed material without a verifiable license; such additions will be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Please don't add copyrighted text, as you did by copy & pasting the plot from IMDB. Thanks. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 18:33, 16 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

It's my own text on IMDB!!!!! Please advise on how to proceed!!!

Impossible to prove. I could say I wrote it on IMDB. You'll need to re-write it in your own words. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 18:42, 16 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
Can't I reproduce it and give references to where it stands?! You have to agree that's a bit annoying to rewrite your own words.
No, you cannot. Even if you could prove with 100% certainty that those are your words, when you submitted them to IMDB they became part of their copyrighted content. You do not have the authority to release that copyright. This is a crucial difference between Wikipedia and other websites, nobody owns the text of a Wikipedia article. So, in the future you should post here first and then it would be perfectly acceptable to copy that over to IMDB, it just doesn't work the other way around.
