Speedy deletion nomination of PICS Pakistan Information & Culture Society

username was reflecting business or promotion campaign, which was not my intention. I want to contribute useful information, and will follow the instructions.

But you haven't been following the instructions. Your username was not the only problem. Your contributions were totally inappropriate, too. They violated WP:PAID, WP:COI, and WP:PROMO, and possibly others. You will not be unblocked unless you address your inappropriate edits. --Yamla (talk) 21:13, 14 May 2017 (UTC)

I admit that creation of (PICS Pakistan Information & Culture Society) page was against the policy but i can assure you that it was not WP:PAID, WP:COI, and WP:PROMO
