Former autonomous okrugs

Hi there! Could you, please, revise this edit to Taymyr Autonomous Okrug? This entity ceased to exist in 2005, so it makes little sense to add post-2005 demographics information to it. Those numbers can, however, be placed in Taymyrsky Dolgano-Nenetsky District, which succeeded the autonomous okrug.
