Merge of {{Harvrefcol}} almost complete edit

I have mentioned your contribution to my talk page here.

In my defence, the {{Harvrefcol}} template had not been added to any other pages (or at least someone else has already removed them) since the last three were left by CharlesGillingham (talk · contribs), as discussed here. Mark Hurd (talk) 07:43, 3 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

I should also mention I've only now seen the discussion on CharlesGillingham's talk. Mark Hurd (talk) 08:07, 3 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification edit

Hi. When you recently edited Baldwin of Forde, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Capitula (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 11:00, 1 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Pray tell edit

Why is your talk page so short? ...it appears that I am now lengthening it =). Cheers, ResMar 04:47, 7 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

FAC RFC edit

Sure. Most of the discussion is currently located at Wikipedia talk:Featured article candidates#Straw poll on RfC topic. Note that the RFC is at such an early stage that they are still figuring out what topics need the community's input. Titoxd(?!? - cool stuff) 09:53, 8 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

  • Oh thanks. I've seen that of course, and even commented on it. From the way you phrased your comment, it sounded to me like there was yet one more fork off in wikispace. Thanks again. –OneLeafKnowsAutumn (talk) 10:27, 8 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Franco-Mongol alliance edit

Hello, I have reworked the article to remove some of the quotes that you were concerned about. Would you have time to take another look now? --Elonka 23:41, 11 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Information edit

I noticed your username commenting at an Arbcom discussion regarding civility. An effort is underway that would likely benifit if your views were included. I hope you will append regards at: Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Civility enforcement/Questionnaire Thank you for considering this request. My76Strat (talk) 10:12, 29 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Happy New Year! edit

Best wishes for the New Year!
Wishing you and yours a joyous, healthful, and productive 2013!

Please accept a belated thank you for the well wishes upon my retirement as FAC delegate this year, and apologies for the false alarm of my first—and hopefully last—retirement; the well wishes extended me were most kind, but I decided to return, re-committed, when another blocked sock was revealed as one of the factors aggravating the FA pages this year.

Maintaining standards in featured content requires vigilance, dedication and knowledge of people like you, who are needed; reviews are always welcome at FAC, FAR and TFA requests. Somehow, somehow we never ever seem to do nothin' completely nice and easy, but here's hoping that 2013 will see a peaceful road ahead and a return to the quality and comaraderie that defines the FA process, with the help of many dedicated Wikipedians!
