I have already seen his self -identification (  :-( not WP-policy relevant but I wonder why this icon is hosted by WP/WMF) and socking. Persomal attacks plus socking might earn him a block but I assume it might be better to spare him a discussion at ANI and use the e-mail alternative if needed.
