hello 3OD.. You left me a kind message welcoming me to Wikipedia about two months ago, and I just wanted to say thanks. There are a couple of questions I have had the last time I was here, but now I don't clearly remember what exactly it was I wasn't sure about, so I'll just wait until the questions come up again :)..

Thanks again, and best wishes! C.d.rose (talk) 21:36, 10 July 2011 (UTC)

Many of the redlinks you are removing from articles are useful and desirable, particularly if they are not proper names of people. Please see WP:REDLINK for more information on them and why they should not always be delinked. Elizium23 (talk) 03:25, 23 September 2011 (UTC)

By the same token, links to redirects such as this edit are not broken and usually shouldn't be 'fixed' like that. Elizium23 (talk) 04:18, 23 September 2011 (UTC)

Hi, please see Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Catholicism#Editor_removing_red_links. My suggestion would be to tone done some of the link removals, as in the Valturia example given there. History2007 (talk) 07:14, 2 October 2011 (UTC)

Are you even paying attention to your changes? Elizium23 (talk) 17:37, 6 October 2011 (UTC)
Agree with the others. There is no consensus for blanket removal of redlinks, although removing some links for a particular reason is a different matter, see in particular WP:REDNOT. I also notice that you are not bothering to complete edit summaries so your changes are unexplained. --Mirokado (talk) 07:18, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

Recent changes to horror film lists

I have reverted many of your changes, perhaps more later, for the following reasons:

  • no edit summaries even for multiple edits: other editors must be able to understand exactly what you have done and why. This is impracticable with a complex, unexplained mixture of changes and in any case it is impossible to guess why you made some of those changes
  • you removed content from the articles without explanation, in some cases whole entries along with their references
  • you removed redlinked film titles without consensus, many of which were piped, indicating that someone had thought about the article title rather than just adding square brackets. Bold changes are OK, but of course if somebody disagrees with them they get reverted. Please follow WP:BRD and discuss any changes you wish to make.

Several editors have been using Talk:List of horror films for discussions affecting all the horror film lists. I suggest you start or join discussion(s) there if you wish to restore any of the above changes.

  • it is clear that you also removed redlinked personal names. I have no objection to your doing that, for personal names, as it complies with WP:REDNOT, but please don't tangle a change like that with other more controversial changes. As it happens, I have also been removing redlinked personal names in these lists, although I have been leaving piped links for the reason mentioned above. I make such a change in a separate edit with an edit summary such as "rm redlinked personal names, see WP:REDNOT" so reviewers know what to expect if they look at the differences.

I retained one addition that I noticed, and did not (yet) revert changes which only involved redlinks. Redlinks for film names are already being discussed on the above mentioned talk page so please join that discussion before making further such changes. --Mirokado (talk) 22:23, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

Chicane image

Hi! I'm not sure, unfortunately, of the names of Chicane's drummer and singer at the time but it's my impression that they are his "band" now and that they follow him on tours. Future Sound of Sweden arranged the "One Night Live" event in Stockholm, where Chicane and other trance artists performed and where the photo was taken. Armigo (talk) 22:12, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
