Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. However, I noticed that your username (Noeffingway) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it sounds like an abbreviation for "no fucking way". If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account to use for editing. Thank you.}} Daniel Case (talk) 05:46, 12 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Just so you know, there is significant disagreement about whether your username is a violation of our policies. It would therefore be innapropriate for anyone to block you for it until a consensus is reached on the issue so don't worry about it if you don't want to change it. • Not when his contribution history is beginning to show signs of a returning editor, who was most probably BANNED or BLOCKED prior to this. As I see it, the behavioural evidence speaks louder than anyone can vouch for him now. Next up, an indefinite block for Noeffingway. My bet, a symbolic half-cent~! --Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 23:57, 15 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
I'm sure you realize those are entirely separate issues form the username itslelf. Beeblebrox (talk) 08:15, 16 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your edit at Type 094 submarine edit

Hello Noeffingway,

I noticed your edits at Type 094 submarine that changed the name of the submarine to "Type 094A", based on the source [1]. After reading the source, I have a few concerns over your edit and have reverted it. Firstly, a BBS post is not usually considered a reliable source; secondly, the source you added seems to suggest that the information about the new "Type 094B submarine" comes from leaked sources that is not published on any reliable media outlets. If so, then it is a violation of Wikipedia's guidelines on reliable sources. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Zzarch (talk) 10:08, 12 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

January 2012 edit

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Shenyang J-11. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 07:26, 16 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at Shenyang J-15, you may be blocked from editing. Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 07:27, 16 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
