This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of organizations and companies). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

This draft only contains 2 sources, both more about the creator of the institute. In order to pass WP:NCORP, An organization is generally considered notable if it has been the subject of significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources. Some minor cleanup such as bolding the formal name (per MOS:BOLD) should also be done. Infobox images do not need to be image thumbs, and File:Confluence Institute Logo.jpg is likely a copyright violation, which I have nommed for deletion. Copyright is a serious issue on Wikipedia, and I recommend reading WP:COPYVIO to avoid it.
