Merge of 01 Raffles Scout Group

Welcome to wikipedia. I have proposed that this article, which you created, be returned to a redirect to The Singapore Scout Association, which was made over an earlier article on this Group in 2006. While this Group is clearly a great Scout Group, it is not, like almost every other Scout Group in the world, notable enough for a wikipedia article.
