Dongping dialect

Please a note that per capitalization guideline WP:NCCAPS, the second or following words in the title should not be capitalized unless it is a proper name, or considered to be part of the proper name, therefore use Beijing dialect, Yorkshire dialect, Thuringian dialect, but Dongping County, Ho Chi Minh City, Klang District.
