I asked the Francis Foundation to send emails for each image authorizing Creative Commons 3.0 licenses. Then, they consulted with Artist's Rights Society who advised them not to use that type of license. They have not yet decided what type of license to use instead so this is all in limbo. I may likely just have to re-do everything later when they make up their minds.
