• it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines.
• it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Your article had many links to the prize site, there shouldn't be any url links in the text. Your text seems to consist only of the objectives, rules etc. of the prize, and is clearly intended to promote the prize.
• Your user name promotes the prize, and is a breach of our user name policy. I will block that name when I have finished this
