Icehouse and synthesisers

edit

It's been over six months since you've made an edit, the last being on Icehouse's talkpage regarding their not being pioneers in the use of synthesisers. I believe your points to have been valid: there was no reliable evidence supplied to back up the given broadly sweeping claim.

I have been working on the article to obtain reliable evidence regarding their synth use including the Fairlight CMI. I have reworded the Lead sentence to relate to their extending the usage of the Sequential Circuits Prophet-5, Linn drum machine and the Fairlight onto the Australian pop music scene rather than being pioneers in the world. I have supplied references for this statement. I hope the article now better represents your understanding of the situation.Shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 10:44, 3 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
