editHello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Doctor Who (series 6), did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. -- AlexTW 15:01, 24 June 2017 (UTC)
- You edits have been reverted based on reliable sources. Do you intend to discuss this? -- AlexTW 15:08, 24 June 2017 (UTC)
- With your most recent edit, you have incorrectly edited actual URLs, rendering them useless. If you continue without any response here, I may have to report you for disruptive editing, an actual which may get you blocked from editing at all. -- AlexTW 15:23, 24 June 2017 (UTC)
- You thanked me for the most recent comment on this talk page, so you are clearly aware of my posts, and yet you continue to force your edits. This is edit-warring per WP:EW, and you can be blocked. -- AlexTW 03:50, 25 June 2017 (UTC)

Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion
editHello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. -- AlexTW 03:56, 25 June 2017 (UTC)

editYour recent editing history at Doctor Who (series 6) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Edit warring at Doctor Who (series 6)
edit{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
.During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
Per a complaint at the edit warring noticeboard. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 12:34, 25 June 2017 (UTC)
