You seem to have used more than just OECD website for the assignment, that's very good. It would be great if you could add a note on the reference you had used in Harvard style (ex. "Literature (Smith 1999) has stated that...") and add the publication data to the References section at the bottom of the article. You may also want to indicate you have used OECD (2008) data for the rest of your analysis. You may want to add an interlink or two (like economy of Japan) to the paragraph, but it's not obligatory. You may also want to run your piece through a spell checker (and do so consistently in the future). Overall it is a good piece, and a solid B+ which I am sure you will easily upgrade to an A with a few minor changes I outlined above.
