File permission problem with File:MOF Kuwait Logo.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:MOF Kuwait Logo.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. Deleted images

Hello, I work for the Ministry of Finance Kuwait, and we are currently constructing a Wikipedia page about our ministry. Some of the images of our ministers have been tagged for deletion although we are the originals creators of the images. please advise us of how can we return those deleted images. I am in two minds which is the appropriate block message so I have given you both! With your COI we would prefer you not to be editing the text of relevant articles. But on the other hand if you have useful images, we welcome them - providing they are uploaded properly! As to images:
- images should be uploaded to the Commons, not here
- they should never have captions or watermarks
- photographs should be JPGs not PNGs
- if they appear already on the web, the web page in question must carry a clear statement in English that the image is licensed under {{cc-by-sa-3.0}}
- although we use them in articles as thumbnails, we still like big images on the Commons. Even 400px wide is a bit smaller than we like - go for something like File:Mac Gerdts.jpg. This also helps with copyvio accusations: if someone says "copyvio", you can say "yes, there is a low resolution version on the web but this high resolution version could only have come from us"
- "Source: own work" is patently false - please be honest
- to cover yourselves, apply {{OTRS pending}} to every upload and send an email as explained in this page.

It's probably alright, but consider this query: Here are a few key questions:

Do you understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a business directory?
Do you understand conflict of interest?
Do you understand that to be considered for an encyclopedia article, the subject must be notable?

You are currently blocked because your username appears directly related to a company, group or product that you have been promoting, contrary to the username policy. Copyright issue

The page User:Mofkw/sandbox has been speedily deleted, as it was an unambiguous copyright infringement of http://en.mof.gov.kw/mofinfo/MOFBrief/MOFBrief.aspx. Since that page bears the notice "Copyright © 2009 Ministry Of Finance. All rights reserved", it is implausible that you are authorised to license the content for free reuse by anyone in the world, unmodified or modified, for commercial or other purposes, subject to attribution to Wikipedia, which is what you you were doing by posting it on a Wikipedia page, in accordance with Wikipedia's terms of use.
