You might want to read WP:ELNO before you add any links, as there are a number of restrictions on what you can link. Obviously you should also read the entire page. As for your draft, remove the section on external links and the categories you added, and at the very bottom of the page where it says Categories click on the + and start typing in your category until you find one.
