Hi Mikemort. Wikipedia is a worldwide encyclopedia, not a random list of people. As such, all subjects included in it must be notable and verifiable. We have strict criteria for new articles (see WP:CSD) - they must be obviously notable and easily verifiable. If they are not, they are deletable on sight.
