Speedy deletion nomination of Al-Jandal Club

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Al-Jandal Club requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a club, society, or group that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Speedy deletion nomination of Radhwa Club

edit

Hello Memate bas,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Radhwa Club for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

edit

Hi, I'm Meatsgains. Memate bas, thanks for creating Josue Mohy!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Consider providing reliable sources to strengthen the page's verifiability.

Independent reliable source - Do not remove the tag unless additional sources are provided

edit

Hi Memates bas, Greetings to you. You have removed the

tag on many soccer players articles. Please do not remove the tag until independent reliable sources are provided for verification as this is the Wikipedia guidelines.

Many of the single source provide needs to have access to the page (password and username) which could not be the source as editors/reviewers could not access to the source to verify the content. Please find other source to replace it.

Please note that content added/edited in Wikipedia needs needs "inline citation" from independent "third party" reliable source (in any language) for verification to gauge the nobility criteria is met. The articles's inline citation is the WP:BURDEN which it is on the person adding the information. Please note official website, records of sport events or individual player records are consider primary source and not independent source, and social network source such as facebook, twitter, instagram, imbd and etc are considered NOT reliable source and can not be used for citing. Independent reliable source are sources are those obtain from major newspaper, such as The Guardian, Sydney Morning Herald, CNN news and etc. or source obtain from major publisher of the work (for example, Random House or Cambridge University Press). (Note: Wikipedia can NOT be the source - see WP:CIRCULAR). Thank you CASSIOPEIA(talk) 22:33, 13 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Pardons
I thought I added other sources and removed the tag
I apologize for this Memate bas (talk) 23:16, 13 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
Hi Memate bas, Greetings to you. Thank you for your understanding. All of us learn bit by bit when we are new to Wikipedia including I. What you have provided is primary source and Wikipedia needs third party/independence sources with significant coverage (no just one source) on the article. Please rework on the following:
Many of the single source provide needs to have access to the page (password and username) which could not be the source as editors/reviewers could not access to the source to verify the content. Please find other source to replace it.
Also, when you text/message other editors in any talk pages (besides on their talk page), you need to ping them for the system will notify the them that they have a message in waiting. For example if you need to ping me then insert {{reply to|Username}} Message text. ~~~~. I knew you messaged me because you talk page is on my watchlist, if not I would not know you have replied my message.
Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 08:05, 15 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
Hi Memate bas, For articles that you used http://www.slstat.com as source yet it need password to retrieve info would be a problem which the articles might be PROD 'Proposed for deletion'.Please secure other independent source ASAP. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA.

Proposed deletion of Meshal Barsham

edit

The article Meshal Barsham has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 22:35, 13 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

You have added another article source Memate bas (talk) 06:00, 15 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
Memate bas, You have added external info. I didnt add any source. Please read my previous message again. What you have added is primary source. Article in Wikipedia need third party (independent) sources. Source from major newspaper directly report of the subject. You have created many articles (108 in total - see here [1] using only primary source only and they would be challenge in the future for notability and might propose for deletion. To avoid such to happen, pls provide independence sources (2 source). Since they are major soccer players, article about them should be widely available and source in other languages besides English is acceptable. For example your article Tarek Hamed there are source from third party such as these ones [2], [3] and [4] and it took me only 5 seconds to find them. Pls work on them and inform me when they are done. I will check on them periodically. Should you need any help pls ping me. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 07:02, 15 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
CASSIOPEIA I am learning from you and hope that I can meet the conditions Memate bas (talk) 07:27, 15 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
Memate bas, First of all you need to ping the editor in all the talk pages except their, which means you need to ping me when you write to me on your talk page. When you ping me, a notification will send to me to inform me there is a message from you. I know you wrote to me because your talk page is on my watch list. Please see below how to ping an editor.
{{reply to|Username}} Message text. ~~~~
For example, {{Reply to|CASSIOPEIA}} generates "@CASSIOPEIA:" and notifies CASSIOPEIA
Secondly, please indent your posts with one more ":" than what you are replying to, i.e. begin with ":" if replying to an existing topic and "::" if replying to a reply. (Just keep on adding additional ':' from the previous post. Do write to me, if you need help. (you can click "talk" after my name in orange and it will bring you to my talk page. To write a message on my talk page, just click new section from the top menu). Happy editing Memate bas. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 07:58, 15 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
One more than Memate bas, when you insert a inline citation, you did not cite it correctly as you just copy and paste the URL. Please see below on how to cite correctly in Wikipedia.
(Note: Wikipedia can NOT be the source - see WP:CIRCULAR and do NOT copy and paste URL when citing - see below).
Instructions: Citing source from web - Do not copy and past the URL address and paste into the body text, but click "cite" on menu page and fill in the fields as per the Template: cite web and save when it is done).
Examples below:
  • To add an in-line text citation for an internet reference: <ref>{{cite web|url =https://www.mmafighting.com/2018/4/5/17203890/watch-conor-mcgregor-throw-a-dolly-through-ufc-223-fighter-bus-window |title = Watch Conor McGregor throw a dolly through UFC 223 fighter bus window|accessdate = 15 April 2018|author=|last =Al-Shatti |first = Shaun |publication = mmafighting|date = 15 April 2018|archivedate =15 April 2018 }}</ref>
  • To add an in-line text citation for a paper reference: <ref name="Green">Green, William: ''Observers Aircraft'', page 228. Frederick Warne Publishing, 1991. ISBN 0 7232 3697 6</ref>
(note: remove nowiki tag when input the citation. Fill the info and change the date as needed. See on source edit view mode.)
