itzmeghani was my previous account and I created this because I forgot my password. Sorry that I had no idea wikipedia doesn't allow to create another account. Request reason:

The only reason I had to create a new account is I forgot my previous account's password. I never parallelly use the 2 accounts. Unfortunately it's my bad that I didn't know about wikipedia rules. It's my fault. I have never used any account for any wrong purpose. I have not created any other wikipedia page using these accounts as well. I have been trying to submit this draft for more than a year now. At this point of time, if this account is getting blocked forever, what I want to know is if there is any possibility anyone else can submit a draft for the same name "Raween Kanishka"? You are not permitted to create new accounts. It's simply not relevant that you forgot your previous account's password. As that account was blocked, you are not permitted to create a new account. Additionally, every single action with this account was a "wrong purpose". Every single action violated WP:EVADE. We aren't interested in the draft you created with this account. It's highly unlikely we'd accept that draft from anyone unconnected to you, either. It's repeatedly been found to be inappropriate for Wikipedia.
