Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:NAVEX Global

Well the deleting administrator wouldn't restore it for you, so your next option is deletion review. The July deletion of the draft does look a little dubious to me in that the reason given (WP:CSD#G4) does not usually apply to drafts, you may be able to get the draft restored.
