Please help! Are you willing to provide copies of my deleted articles?

Hi Malinaccier, very nice to meet you. Well my situation is quite messy and odd. Basically, I've been struggling to write articles using one account, so I created new multiple ones to do it instead. The administrators then accused me of creating sock puppets and webhost abuse (the latter is absolutely nonsense, if you care you can do further reading here). They deleted all of my drafts from all of these accounts and I really need them back. I’ve spent more than a year writing them. Please help Malinaccier! I’m waiting patiently for your reply. Guideline and policy news

• Following a successful proposal to create it, a new user right called "edit filter helper" is now assignable and revocable by administrators. The right allows non-administrators to view the details of private edit filters, but not to edit them.
• Following a discussion about mass-application of ECP and how the need for logging and other details of an evolving consensus may have been missed by some administrators, a rough guide to extended confirmed protection has been written. This information page describes how the extended-confirmed aspects of the protection policy are currently being applied by administrators.

Technical news

• You can now search for IP ranges at Special:Contributions. Some log pages and Special:DeletedContributions are not yet supported. Wildcards (e.g. 192.168.0.*) are also not supported, but the popular contribsrange gadget will continue to work.

Arbitration

• Community consultation on the 2017 candidates for CheckUser and Oversight has concluded. The Arbitration Committee will appoint successful candidates by October 11.
• A request for comment is open regarding the structure, rules, and procedures of the December 2017 Arbitration Committee election, and how to resolve any issues not covered by existing rules.

userRightsManager

It has come to my attention that the instructions I created at User:MusikAnimal/userRightsManager were incorrect. I'm now fixing it for everyone who set it up improperly. The importScript code should have gone in Special:MyPage/common.js and not Special:MyPage/userRightsManager.js (whoops!). When you click on "assign permissions" at WP:PERM the script should now be working. Sorry for the mistake... and hope it's OK that I've added this for you — MusikAnimal ^talk 20:01, 21 October 2017 (UTC)
