What are you trying to do wtih the article?

Hi, you keep removing edits that have been made to the article that are improvements, and also removing the decline review and comments, which can't be removed until the article is published. What are you trying to do? You can ask at The Teahouse for help using the Wikipedia system but please stop editing the draft for now because it seems that you are not sure how to edit it. Thanks. Muriel, I have copied your revised text into the 'draft', have changed the year of starting CRIAQ projects... and wrote better a ref. (in the Wikipedia format) - have removed the Awards.. as it seems too difficult for me ... I could resubmit it again... understand that I shouldn't delete your comments in the draft... hope is ok.... thanks...
