Speedy deletion nomination of MadeInChina125

edit

Hello MadeInChina125,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged MadeInChina125 for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Saurabh P. (talk) 06:35, 20 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Removing Speedy at MadeInChina125

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for taking the time to create a page here. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you created yourself. Because Wikipedia policy does not allow the creator of the page to remove deletion tags, an automated program has replaced the deletion tag you removed from MadeInChina125. Please do not continue to remove the deletion tag, instead, if you disagree with the deletion, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the page by clicking this link. Once there, select the button that says Click here to contest this speedy deletion.
  2. This will take you to the talk page, where you can make your case by explaining why the page does not meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion.

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do. For further help about the deletion, you could contact the user who first placed the tag or a highly active user who is willing to help with deletion. This message was left by a bot, so please do not contact the bot about the deletion. Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 06:38, 20 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of MadeInChina125

edit

Hello MadeInChina125,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged MadeInChina125 for deletion, because it seems to be a test. Did you know that the Wikipedia Sandbox is available for testing out edits?

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Nemesis63 (talk) 06:51, 20 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your autobiography will be deleted because you posted it in the mainspace. In Wikipedia, there are different spaces for different content. Mainspace is for encyclopedia articles, category space for categories, user space for userpages, etc. Gilliam (talk) 07:13, 20 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Ballo Racon

edit

Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Ballo Racon. The community has decided that all new biographies of living persons must contain a reliable source that supports at least one statement made about the person in the article as per our verifiability policy. Proposed deletion of Ballo Racon

edit

The article Ballo Racon has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. -- Patchy1 09:13, 21 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Ballo Racon

edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing inappropriate pages, such as Ballo Racon, is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Football Stats

edit

Only league goals/appearances go in the infobox (this is the same for all articles on footballers) therefore your recent edit to Demba Ba has been reverted. Regards ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 17:18, 5 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Firstly please sign your talk page posts using (~~~~). As I said below the infobox clear states at the bottom "Senior club appearances and goals counted for the domestic league only". This is a long established convention of not only WP:FOOTY but Wikipedia as a whole, cup stats for past players sometimes aren't not available, therefore all footballers only have the league statistics in the infobox. The cup stats go in the career statistics table lower in the article see Demba Ba's which had already been updated. Did you not take a second to think that Ba had made 58 appearance in total for Newcastle but yet 54 appeared in the infobox? As a result of these mass incorrect additions the page has had to be semi-protected. Regards ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 14:32, 6 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

January 2013

edit

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Demba Ba. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 04:27, 6 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Demba Ba, you may be blocked from editing. You have already been spoken to about footballers statistics, your edits are in violation of long established convention, Please read the bottom of infobox which says "Senior club appearances and goals counted for the domestic league only" ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 04:34, 6 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
