Sources for an actively research topic should also be from the last 5 years. Lets return this article to your sandbox so that you can continue working on it there. It sort of reads like and essay rather than an encyclopedia article. Wording like "Unfortunately, the average American diet exerts significant stress on the bone’s functions which may be, in part, why we are experiencing a decrease in bone health across America." is not really appropriate. For example "we are not experiencing a decrease in bone health". We are not all in America.
