thanks for your comments. I don't understand what you mean when you say 'we know you won't do that'. Martha's Rule is attracting global interest and is being discussed in government and needs a Wiki article. It is closely associated with the subject of my draft article, because her interventions are at the heart of the initiative. Which is why I chose to write it that way.
