Hey there; it's your friendly campus ambassador(s) doing the rounds on your group's work so far!

On the whole I'd say you're off to an excellent start here! If this were its own article, I would recommend adding some sections on history or application of the theory, but in this case you should be fine. Your explanation of the clusters has lots of great information, everything is well cited, and I had no trouble understanding any of it. What you need to do now is write out your notes as complete sentences and paragraphs, rather than the shorthand you have now (most of this is in the "constructive cultures" section). You can also delete some of the bulleted lists if they're covered again immediately. Other than that, just go over everything again to catch those last few typos.
