Robert Murray Gilchrist

Hi, the article states he lived with a "male companion" is this meant to imply he was gay or is this known or often speculated? Even if the article doesn't state this it would be nice to clarify on the talkpage of the article. -- Banjeboi 00:07, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
