Bloodless surgery

Hello,

I removed the information about all the centers that preform bloodless surgeries on the bloodless surgery page. Wikipedia is meant to provide an overview of a subject matter, not be a directory. I want to make it clear though I am not trying to act malicious, but only help serve the readers of Wikipedia by conforming to the manual of style.
