Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, your account has been blocked; you are welcome to create a new account with a username that represents only you. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you. Request reason:

a web search reveals that name describes no group, organisation or website

Decline reason:

True. Still, our policies are against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization, or website. It's best to change it -- otherwise, people will continually notice and be concerned by that impression, and it will just be a nuisance for all concrened. --jpgordon::==( o ) 01:20, 9 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Quote - "It's best to change it" Want to have block removed without losing record of past edits by changing user name to LLOM1276 but not able to do so because of block.

I'm still waiting to hear from TNXMAN305 about changing my user name as he advised to LLOM1276 so I can retain the references to the entries I've made which have been accepted rather than starting from scratch with a whole new account.

Allowing username change to requested username. Please put this request in at Wikipedia:Changing username as soon as possible to avoid re-blocking. jpgordon::==( o ) 16:55, 26 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

I've changed your template to a name change one. To me LLOM is a bit close to the original name - but others can decide. Just one question - you are obviously knowledgeable about the music industry - is this a passion or is this part of your business.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 21:23, 24 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

LLOM is obviously London Library Of Music. Is it really difficult to choose a name which is not related to your main interest? --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 10:54, 25 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
Why? There is no London Library of Music. --jpgordon::==( o ) 14:55, 25 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
I concede the point. I had made the assunption, for what seemed a good reason at the time, that a named library must exist. My apologies. Please note that I was not the only person to make this assumption, hence the username block.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 16:13, 26 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
