Speedy deletion of Benjamin Franklin Roller

edit

A tag has been placed on Benjamin Franklin Roller requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.   Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Adam Birch, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. ♥NiciVampireHeart♥ 13:02, 12 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please do not delete content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Shannon Moore, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Don't remove images without providing a valid explanarion in your edit summary. Thanks,NiciVampireHeart♥ 20:37, 13 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits, such as those you made to Jerry Flynn. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing.   — Jeff G. (talk|contribs) 18:07, 15 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Can you explain why you felt the need to vandalise the article here. You created a valid stub on the man and I expanded the article, that's how Wikipedia works. Removing large amounts of valid, sourced material is vandalism and continuing in that manner will lead to your being blocked. I assume that you thought the material I added was about a different person but I can assure you that it was the same man that you wrote about. You might also want to be a bit more careful with your edit summaries and that sort of thing upsets some people and they might consider it a personal attack. Thanks. What is your problem with that article? The material I entered was sourced and as accurate as I could make it. The version you seem to prefer is not only unsourced but a candidate for deletion as it makes no claim of notability. Stop vandalising the article. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did to Ray Traylor, you will be blocked from editing.   Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to Autism. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains under way. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Thank you. Dawn Bard (talk) 15:42, 26 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
