I believe this type of link might not meet WP:ELNO ("one should avoid links to any search results pages, such as links to individual website searches, search engines, search aggregators, or RSS feeds.") Also, I believe geographic coordinates are used rather than links to sites like Google Maps. You can go to WikiProject Geographical coordinates for more info.
