editHello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Northampton High School, England, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 12:36, 26 May 2020 (UTC)
I believe that your recollections are likely to be correct but unfortunately that is not good enough as far as Wikipedia is concerned. There has to be a printed or reliable internet source. In this case such a source would most likely be a book or press reports. A school magazine might do. I know because there are things I would like to have added to other articles but have been unab;le to do so. That's why this section and others were removed by Material Scientist.Spinney Hill (talk) 15:05, 26 May 2020 (UTC)
Hi Spinney Hill - thanks, however I cited books, independent websites and Wikipedia sources. I know personal recollections are not enough and had provided searchable links - including two Wikipedia links to individuals. I only found that the edits were removed when I was on my way back to add more citations (another book and a blog and a photo archive and some press). I'll dig up some more and revisit when I have a bit more time. Are you actually from Spinney Hill??
