Recent Edits - January 2018

edit

Please refrain from reverting my edits on the articles I have been working on without giving a clear reason why these should be reverted. I see no reason to change what I have been doing, as I have been trying to clean these articles up, improve them, and remove information that should not have been included in them. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The Voice UK (series 7), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Tom Jones (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Speedy deletion nomination of Deutschland sucht den Superstar (season 15)

edit

Hello Ken1555,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Deutschland sucht den Superstar (season 15) for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. Take a look at our suggestions for essential content in short articles to learn what should be included.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

CASSIOPEIA(talk) 02:25, 10 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

The article Deutschland sucht den Superstar (season 15) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No source provided. A WP:BEFORE in EN internet could not find any source to support such event for verification to meet notability requirements.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.   Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to The Voice (Australian TV series) does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! North America1000 13:22, 3 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited X Factor (Denmark season 6), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Cry Me a River (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver).

Ways to improve Heidi Herløw

edit

Hi, I'm Sjö. Ken1555, thanks for creating Heidi Herløw!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The article needs to show that HH meets WP:MUSICBIO, such as several non-trivial mentions in reliable sources.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Speedy deletion nomination of Anna Faroe

edit

Hello Ken1555,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Anna Faroe for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

Deletion discussion about Anna Faroe

edit

Hello, Ken1555,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Anna Faroe should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Anna Faroe .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

Proposed deletion of Oliver (Danish Singer)

edit

The article Oliver (Danish Singer) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication of why he might be notable. Searching hampered by more notable people with same name (German journalist), but it doesn't look as if this X factor contestant is notable yet.

Speedy deletion nomination of Aydan Calafiore

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Aydan Calafiore requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
