Speedy deletion nomination of Electron Solar Energy

A tag has been placed on Electron Solar Energy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. You may be interested in editing on Appropedia (see: appropedia:Main Page). Appropedia accepts articles on sustainability topics, without Wikipedia's notability requirements. Thank you for uploading File:Tassa 5KW 2 ElectronSolarEnergy2.jpg. I would like to move it to Commons and categorize it in Commons:Category:Micro-generation wind turbines. However, the image page lacks author and permission information. Where did you get the photo? If you took it yourself, are you willing to license it under a free content license such as {{cc-by-sa-3.0}}? If someone else took the photo, has the author released the photo under a free content license?
