Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Uttam Kumar, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Do not add unsourced WP:PUFFERY and do not remove sources. Fylindfotberserk (talk) 09:56, 28 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Uttam Kumar filmography, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Please stop adding unsourced content and stop WP:PUFFERY (praise filled writing) like :"all his films are an asset". Wikipedia is not a tabloid or forum. It is an encyclopedia. Fylindfotberserk (talk) 08:56, 29 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

  Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Uttam Kumar, you may be blocked from editing. -- LuK3 (Talk) 12:05, 29 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced or poorly sourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Uttam Kumar. Don't you get it? We cannot have unsourced content per our policy WP:V. Everything you write need to be sourced. This is your final warning. Fylindfotberserk (talk) 15:31, 29 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Unsourced and puffery

edit

Do not add unsourced content. Anything we add needs to be sourced per WP:Verifiability policy, which you are not doing. A basic policy and guideline, failing to conform with it may result your user ID getting blocked. Secondly, we maintain WP:Neutrality in the article, per which we cannot write praise-filled adjectives and claims (See also WP:PUFFERY). - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 14:28, 28 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

I have blocked you for a week for continuing to add unsourced puffery despite repeated warnings. PhilKnight (talk) 18:42, 29 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Jstar Ahmed, you were blocked before for adding WP:PUFFERY. Don't add unnecessary stuff in the article. It is an encyclopedia. Also do not use IMDb as source. It is considered unreliable. Read our policies WP:RS, WP:CITINGIMDB, WP:PUFFERY. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 15:23, 6 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Uttam Kumar, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Sumitra Devi. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:09, 17 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Grihadaha moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Grihadaha, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
