Managing a conflict of interest edit

  Hello, Johnviz. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Draft:John Vizaniaris, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 09:15, 11 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Special:Diff/1002101292 looks different ~ ToBeFree (talk) 10:14, 11 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Listen I don’t know what’s going on over there but since this morning I have been inundated with messages from a lot of my followers sending me screenshots of conversations between Wikipedia and some individual named Jarianz Who I assume is one of my followers.

I am deeply surprised at some of the exchanges coming from Wikipedia including some very bold statements. I have been using Wikipedia for 10 years with this account without a blemish to my record. I totally understand the whole conflict of interest.

Therefore I know I cannot create a Wikipedia page for my show or for myself. Nor did I ask any of my followers to do so. But it is there right and in compliance with Wikipedia‘s guidelines being non-affiliated with the show to ask for a page to be created for the show. Apparently they went further and created pages for myself as well as for some of my crew.

To be honest the idea of getting listed on Wikipedia is not a priority on my list. I am extremely busy with running this very expensive network of followers as well as my daily live stream show. But again the responses that I saw from Wikipedia are very troublesome.

It does indicate some sort of bias against certain industries and in this case the entertainment industry. I also run a Internet print news site in conjunction with my show. They are urging me to write and use the proof they have sent me which is undeniable as evidence.

I don’t want to do that as a first option and I want this to be resolved peacefully between Wikipedia and the users that you have been talking to. I also heard that you silenced this person for expressing their views and opinions in a non-harassing way. I see that as an abuse of power from Wikipedia. You don’t like what someone is saying you silence them.

I have no control over what my followers do there are way too many of them but this is starting to catch fire. I want to stay out of it but I will undoubtably keep getting updates.

Again what I have seen has been very troublesome to me in regards to your website which as we know is the replacement for old school encyclopedias. And it seems that Wikipedia is showing a bias On what day will allow even after all the guidelines have been met.

Statements such as publications from around the world not counting. Articles from Yahoo news not counting leaves one to wonder what is an acceptable reference?

I would like to be kept updated on the status of the review process of my show since I am not going to tinker with that in compliance with your conflict of interest policies but my viewership it’s not in any conflict of interest. Johnviz (talk) 22:22, 11 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

February 2021 edit

  Hello, Johnviz, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as Jarianz99 (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 09:16, 11 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

I’ve had this account for probably 10 years and I have no idea what you guys are talking about Johnviz (talk) 10:04, 11 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:

Yamla You have blocked my account for doing nothing wrong? I am not responsible for what my Follower's do on Wikipedia. Unblock my account Immediately or I am going public with the evidence that has been thrown my way. Now I am upset. I have nearly half of million followers, a daily talk show and a print media outlet. I am a SAG Union Member and a part of the Entertainment Industry. This is unbelievable. A 10 year spotless record on Wikipedia and you block me because my followers want to create a page on Wikipedia for my show. In which Wikipedia has shown undeniably bias that they are practicing discriminatory ranking procudures at least towards the Entertainment Industry and god knows what other industry. I have proof of from all the screenshots my followers have sent. I am done playing. Unblock my Account immediately or Wikipedia is going to become the focus of everyone of my daily shows and I will write about this whole ordeal. I will name names and I have proof, undeniable proof of your discriminatory practices. And one more thing. I was going to stay out of my Follower's creating a Wikipedia page for my show. I have seen the nearly 3 dozen citations they have referenced. They show has every right to be listed on Wikipedia. Reverse this ban immediately or Wikpedia is going to be become more famous on the news than they would like. And, as I will not contribute to Dead Talk Live's Wikipedia Site following your COI guidelines, it deserves to be listed ASAP. I know have 4 admin names and you are all going to be mentioned if this is not corrected immediately. And I do mean immediately. Johnviz (talk) 23:36, 12 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

The problem isn't about what your Followers do. The problem is solely that this account and User:Jarianz99 have been editing the exact same articles from the exact same IP, mostly promoting you and your daily shows. Nobody gets to self-promote here. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 00:31, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Eyebeller I am going to do this the correct way. I just contacted my Union Officer at the Screen Actors Guild. Forwarded them all the screenshots and information of what has been going on. These are the 4 Wikipedia admins that are going to be named Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree . ~ ToBeFree is who made the discriminatory remarks toward the "Entertainment Industry." I am also offering you to make a comment for the record at this moment. I won't offer this again. Once I get the green light from SAG this is going public. Please keep on eye on my show's, Dead Talk Live, website at https://deadtalklive.com and my new print media outlet Dead Talk News at https://deadtalknews.com. The highlights are going to be the remarks made by ~ ToBeFree which is clear evidence of a person representing Wikipedia and their prejudice towards the Entertainment Industry. The banning of my account who had absolutely NOTHING to do with this whole fiasco but yet was unfairly banned by Wikipedia. As well as my followers submitting citations from publications from around the World that keep getting rejected by Wikipedia. Wikipedia has shot down references from Yahoo news, Comicbook.com as well as other reputable website where Dead Talk Live is directly referenced. I really hated that you guys are forcing me to do this. I do not have time for this. I run a Talk Show, A Internet Media Outlet and have a combined following of 340K followers. I don't have time for this. But this is completely wrong and I can't look the other way. You want to correct your wrongs, first unban my account which has been open for 10 years and has a spotless record and finally give Dead Talk Live a FAIR, UNBIASED Review. But from what I have seen, I don't know if that is possible. Wikipedia is funded by everyday people and their hard earned money. And you guys up until this point have been held with the utmost respect for me. But this has been an eye opener. I will get the Screen Actor's Guild full support. As soon as I do we are going to use all our resources to bring this to the public and your donors. Reverse the ban and give Dead Talk Live a fair review. If I don't hear back really soon, I will take that as a no comment and proceed as I explained. I have fully explained my intentions and have given you a chance to comment on the record. And if you decide to silence my talk page (which it's sole purpose is for user's to talk and work things out) well that's just a perfect example of how Wikipedia Shuts People down when they don't want to hear from them and is another case of discrimination. I will await your response. And I hope you respond very soon. Johnviz (talk) 00:10, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

WP:ANI edit

  There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.

The specific thread is currently available here. --Yamla (talk) 00:18, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

To Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree I invite you guys to please watch tonight's episode of Dead Talk Live. I have seen your admin chats to which I cannot respond to due to my block. I see ~ ToBeFree is making his bold statements again. If you think I am bluffing, which you obviously do. I invite you to watch the first 10 mins of my show tonight. You can get the YouTube link for tonight's episode on the show's website https://deadtalklive.com The show is simultaneously streamed to 5 different Social Media Platforms to a combined following of 340K followers. That is just the YouTube link. You guys think I am bluffing. Please watch the first 10 mins of tonight's episode. It starts at 9:30 PM Eastern US Time. I have been advised by SAG to mention, Vaguely at first, the disturbing events going on at Wikipedia. If after tonight's show my block is not lifted and Dead Talk Live does not get a fair unbiased review and have all the advisory banners removed AND resubmitted for review by Wikipedia I have the green light from the union to write the article and mention the full events of what has transpired regarding my followers trying to contribute to Wikipedia. I am going to name names and present the full evidence. I have celebrity guests scheduled for Monday and Tuesday of next week so I will post the article this Weekend with the evidence and then on Wednesday I am going to explain to all my viewers exactly what has happened and mention all the Wikipedia Admins usernames involved Live on the Air. You guys obviously have no idea who I am so I will prove it tonight. Show starts in a little over an hour. Just remember, I tried to solve this quietly and peacefully. ~ ToBeFree undoubtedly has no place being an admin on Wikipedia and he should stop his volunteering services immediately. Enjoy the show. Johnviz (talk) 01:22, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree Doggy54321 . Thank you for Watching Doggy54321 I guess you missed the part of show being simulcast to 5 different platforms but anyways as I fully explained on the show SAG is involved, My Manager and Agent are involved. I have their full support. As promised I did not reveal any usernames on this list tonight. This weekend the article is getting printed and advertised to all of my 340K followers across all 5 social media platforms with all the Wikipedia admin usernames I've listed in this message (The list keeps getting bigger) Doggy54321 is an administrator who obviously doesn't look at all the information before belittling Wikipedia users. You guys are definitely a power tripping bunch. I'll send you a link to the article this weekend. Johnviz (talk) 04:02, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree Doggy54321 This a big part of what is wrong with people in your position. Instead of Acknowledging a mistake and correcting it, you guys dig your heels in even more. The main thing I advertise on my show is about respecting one an another and it does take a big person to admit a mistake. A mistake that can easily be rectified. But that would involve someone admitting they made a mistake and that is where you run into problems with human nature and pride. But you guys choose to escalate things. How many times do we have to see this scenario play out until a majority of people start actually doing the right thing. Johnviz (talk) 04:09, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Doggy54321 Sorry but I had to stop laughing after I read your original message which you deleted and were hoping I was too dumb to find where you said I only a thousand followers. I will say this again because I am finding out that Wikipedia Admins are not good at listening to their users. I have 340,000 followers combined on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Twitch. YouTube, Instagram and FB are the largest. Should I draw a chart for you Doggy54321 ? You are really not good at reading messages and doing your research. I read your revised message and it's just as dumb. But please keep it coming. I did save the one you deleted though. I can tell you are a kid but I am going to continue to be the adult in this conversation. Let's put this horse crap aside. Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree You blocked a 10 year old spotless account on a hunch in which you were wrong. That's Number 1. Number 2, having my show listed on Wikipedia could not have been furthest from my mind. But now it's a matter of principle and standing up for what's right. So let's all do the right thing. Unblock my account immediately because I have done nothing wrong!!! And you've obviously reviewed the show's references and can't argue against them. Approve the show. It's become a matter of principle now. I am a 46 year old man and I am not going to lower my standards and continue to engage in a pissing match with you guys. C'mon people, you made a mistake. Do the right thing and let's move on with our lives. Johnviz (talk) 04:49, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Wrong. My original message was deleted by ToBeFree because it was considered taunting, which, now that I reflect on it, it was. And for that I apologize. You are really not good at reading messages and doing your research - really? Because my 9000 contributions beg to differ. D💘ggy54321 (xoxo😘) 04:54, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
You blocked a 10 year old spotless account on a hunch in which you were wrong. No. Yamla blocked you for sock puppeting, which you clearly did. There’s evidence. Your block is because you broke the rules, it was never about the pages. D💘ggy54321 (xoxo😘) 04:57, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

To Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree I am not responding to Doggy54321 . I am not lowering myself to a child's level. Listen guys let's all take a step back, breathe and do the right thing. You made a mistake in blocking my account. Mistakes happen, I get it. You can fix it please unblock it. Secondly, you guys have reviewed Dead Talk Live, and its 30+ outside credible references and citations and it deserves a spot on Wikipedia. Approve the show, it deserves a spot on Wikipedia. It's been an inspiration to people wanting to learn how to get into this business. It's a clean, respectable show with a very large following. Everything on that draft page is 100% accurate from reading it. As is the page they created for me as well. It's all info that can be found on the web. I am a very busy person and I want to put this behind me and focus on my show and my upcoming guests. I apologize for anything I have said on these chats that came across as disrespectful. I am truly sorry. I am a big enough person to admit that. Can we agree or do we continue down this path because it really isn't right the reasons for declining and the comments you guys have made. Really isn't. Let me know. If I don't hear back, then I assume we stay the course that has been set and you guys won't accept my offer for all of us pulling back and doing the right thing and I print my article this weekend. Johnviz (talk) 05:13, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

To Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree From Reading your admin chat you are letting Doggy54321 do the talking for you. And without directly reprimanding him for his incorrect and belittle chats you are directly supporting it. That Admin Chat is also going to be posted as part of the hypocrisy that Wikipedia Supports. I am done trying to reason with you and I am not wasting anymore chats with you. Doggy54321 watch closely what 340K can do since you cannot comprehend math. Johnviz (talk) 06:09, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Johnviz, if you wish to be unblocked, please make an unblock request. A different checkuser will review the technical evidence and if they find the two accounts are unrelated, will lift the block. If instead they determine the two accounts were editing from the same IP address, they will uphold the block. Note that I have no problem with your show. I'm not sure if you will believe this but I swear it's the truth, I sincerely wish you luck in the show. You clearly love the genre and are excited to produce a talk show about it. My block of you is solely for violating WP:SOCK. I take no position on whether or not your show is sufficiently noteable (see WP:NOTE) or otherwise generally suitable for a Wikipedia article (not everything is, see WP:PROMO and WP:NOTE and WP:NOT). But you aren't trying to convince me as I'm not involved in determining that. I'm only involved in whether or not you've been abusing WP:SOCK. --Yamla (talk) 11:41, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
I can comprehend math quite well. But, as said at ANI, your show gets roughly 50 views on YouTube, 500 on Instagram, 250 on Facebook and a couple hundred on Twitch and Twitter, so that’s probably around a thousand active followers. As well, you say that you want to resolve this peacefully, yet you are not communicating with me anymore because I seem "childish", when you not communicating with me is actually the childish move. You don’t like what I have to say, even though I was just echoing the sentiments of other users. To clarify: what belittling policy is on Wikipedia? Could you find it? Because if one of the four admins were to block me for belittling (which, blocks are meant to be preventative, not punitive), I would request to have them de-sysoped. You are directly supporting it - No one said this. Watch closely what 340K can do since you cannot comprehend math - Huh? Watch what 340K can do to whom? Last comment: please stop with statements such as You made a mistake in blocking my account, Everything on that draft page is 100% accurate from reading it, etc. As Yamla said, as I echoed and as Yamla re-iterated, you were not blocked by mistake. You were blocked because you used multiple accounts on Wikipedia, which is generally not allowed. As well, the draft page has many unreliable sources, so, even if there wasn’t a clear COI here, it’s still not ready for Wikipedia. D💘ggy54321 (xoxo😘) 13:08, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
A different checkuser -- me -- has already reviewed the technical evidence, and it's not the least bit ambiguous. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 16:40, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree Doggy54321 --jpgordon I contacted Press@Wiki early this morning for a statement before the article goes live. I am sorry but every Admin on Wikipedia chiming in on the events that have unfolded is a clear "Conflict of Interest." And I use that term very carefully as it actually applies to this case and cannot be argued against. As opposed the Wikipedia's COI policy which at best can be an "Educated Guess." You guys are all on the same team. A very clear "Conflict of Interest." I am proceeding with the article. I will wait several more hours for a response from Press. I will put another Unblock Request in and I am pretty sure it's going to get denied. But I am want to make sure I do everything right on my end, as I have in regards to Wikipedia for over 10 years. Unblock Me, Unblock any of my followers who have created/contributed to Dead Talk Live, Give Dead Talk Live a fair and timely review process. And when I say timely I don't mean for it to be stuck in "Review" Limbo indefinitely Johnviz (talk) 00:02, 14 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree Doggy54321 --jpgordon I have put in another "Unblock Request." Another question for you guys. Why are my messages today flooded from users saying that "Dead Talk Live" has been "Semi Protected" and cannot be edited for 4 days??? Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree Doggy54321 --jpgordon Hey guys check this out. My Talent Manager redid her homepage and check out who's her featured client: ccltalent.com Now I am assuming this is a Biased reference, right? None of my followers can add it to Draft:John Vizaniaris? Of course, it is. If Yahoo News, Comicbook.com, wegotthiscovered.com, Tomsguide.fr, and other publications from around the world are not worthy references why would my Talent Manager's homepage be valid reference. With all due respect I need to explain something to you guys, so bear with me. This is again with all due respect. Doggie User is stuck on my Viewership numbers and can't see beyond that. Here are the questions you guys have not asked yourselves. And I don't blame you, this is not publicly advertised by Hollywood. The first is SAG does NOT accept people who just have a live stream into their union. You need a deep history and involvement in the industry to get invited to join. I am a SAG member. The Second question you guys fail to ask yourselves is why is this guy getting all these Celebrities to come on his show. By the way my show is NOT a podcast it is a Video Live Stream Talk Show. A podcast is Audio Only. Only Apple allows Video Podcasts. So why are these celebrities, a lot of which are Legendary Celebrities, coming on his show? The third thing you failed to ask yourselves, again this goes back to Doggie the "Psuedo-Wannabe-Admin" hiding in mom's basement is this guy has 340K combined followers but daily viewership varies from a thousand to a couple of thousand. It's because I am a daily show. Only my hard-core fans tune in EVERY night. Starting this Monday I have 4 Interviews in 8 Days with the likes of Horror Legend Adrienne Barbeau, Haley Bishop (Star of the #1 horror movie in 2020), Robert Joy who has been acting since the '70s, and well if you look him up and don't recognize the face, I can't help you and finally Sam Valentine from "Followed." That's just in the next 8 days. Have you guys stopped and asked yourselves what is going on here? Instead of making assumptions. How many YouTubers who do Live Stream shows have the Celebrity Guests on with the Frequency and level of guests that I do. I can't find any other one. Not a single one. Have you asked Why? Have you bothered to talk to me like a human being and ask me for more info to make your decision about my show that was submitted by my followers. No, you have not. I truly believe that you fight the battles that need to be fought. And after some deep thought where I took in many factors and compared that to how much the public relies on Wikipedia for information, I came to the conclusion this is a battle worth fighting. To the bitter end. Not for me but for the freedom of information to the general public. No one person or even a small group of people within one organization has the right to say what is or isn't worthy of mention of Wikipedia. I run a decent, clean, respectable show. I don't do crazy stunts, I am not worried about viewers. Being a part of Hollywood for a long time now and interacting with some of the greatest legends of filmmaking I believe this very simple truth. And that truth is, forget all the Background noise and focus on the product. And I deliver a good, respectable product. I have worked with some of the greats and am lucky to have amazing friends in the Entertainment Industry. So please ask yourselves those questions, open your minds, look beyond the daily viewership numbers to which our dog friend is so stuck on and expand your minds. I realize you guys must be young. And you really do try to take your responsibilities very seriously but every now and then everyone gets lost and needs to take a step back to reground themselves into what their particular responsibility is. I apologize for the long speech. I am a father of 3 teenagers and as part of my show, which my biggest demographics are in the 18-24 year old range I really try to impart wisdom on the next generation. I am honest to a fault. Too honest. I won't smile in front of your face and then stab you in the back. Since no one at Wikipedia has taken the time to ask about me, to learn what I am about I figured I'd just share. But please think about those questions I mentioned. My manager told me to get a Publicist. I told her I don't really want a publicist, I am not in this for fame of fortune. I am in this to provide a good product. That product being good, open and honest interviews with Hollywood's finest. Anything else is a bonus. But after these events at Wikipedia, I am starting to reconsider bringing in high level Publicist Firm. To take care of matters like these for me. Anyways, there is your glimpse into John Vizaniaris. For those of you that made it to the end of this. Thank you for your time. This is a battle worth fighting, for me and for the future of free unbiased Information. I mean c'mon guys, Wikipedia has a page for that "hate app" Parler. And you are telling me Dead Talk Live doesn't also deserve a page? Let's be serious here Johnviz (talk) 01:13, 14 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

(edit conflict) In the above comment you did not answer Jpgordon's question, which is really the main issue here; this block is not related to the draft about your show. As well, now that I’ve managed to paste this into Google docs to increase the font size so I can read it clearly, you need to sit the hell down and watch your attitude. I will not stand here and let you call me a wannabe admin when I’m actually a heck of a great user. I’m kind, I stay civil in discussions and try to defuse any issues that have come about, I make useful edits, I learn from my many mistakes, and I’m shaping up to be a pretty good candidate for adminship. This isn’t me being cocky, just me being honest. I know that anyone who has interacted with me would say that as well. Do I need to ping people so you know I’m not lying? Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree --jpgordon Guys, I realize me tagging all of you in my responses must be getting annoying but you are the ones involved since the beginning of this and to keep the paper trail valid, you must be included in my responses. I am no longer going to adding your friend Doggy to the responses. I encourage you guys to please read my post above. I know it's lengthy but please read. I have to ask, why are you letting this Non-Admin "Doggy54321" continue to chime in when he is repeatedly belittling me and is obviously a teenager Wiki Wannabe Admin. He is not an Admin, why are the Admin's letting him get away with how he is talking to me? That contradicts so many of your policies about respecting one another? But he is not facing any recourse. Which further drives home the point that as long as your part of "The Club" you can say and do what you want. Not Cool! BTW, I cannot respond if someone has posted while I am responding. Doggy54321 just insulted me again. Will he face any recourse? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Johnviz (talkcontribs)

--jpgordon He is not on the same IP as me. I believe you when you say that your records tell you that his IP and my Ip are the same. I have no knowledge on how Wikipedia tracks IP. I do know that it's been a point of contention for many years, the fact that Wikipedia Tracks and controls people's input via their IP. I do also know that IP logging is not a perfect science. When I look up my IP, it tells me I am in either Delaware or NJ when I am in Northern Virginia. I don't know how Wiki logs IP addresse's therefore I cannot give you an accurate answer. I don't know why your system is saying that my IP and Jarnz99 IP are the same. As for this not being private that's my goof up. But I don't think he/she will mind just their Instagram username mentioned. That's a bad on my part. I forgot these chats are not private. Johnviz (talk) 01:47, 14 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree --jpgordon I will ask again. Why are the real administrators allowing "Doggy54321" (I am no longer tagging him) to continue to talk to me in this regard on my Talk page without any repercussions? I want him banned from MY talk page. He is not an administrator and has no business in this conversation. He is obviously some teenager who wants to be an Admin. I am a 46-year-old man and I am not engaging with children. The administrators are not doing anything to check him. Why? That is another clear example of the bias on "Wikpedia." You guys ar so close that you can't see what is right there. You can't block one person and let another person run rampant because he has however many edits. That is bias to someone who is a par of "The Club." Clear Bias. Why is he being allowed to talk to me in this manner? I want an answer. Johnviz (talk) 02:00, 14 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree --jpgordon Once again, when asked the hard questions, nothing but silence from the Wikpedia Administrators. I asked 2 question to which no on answered. 1. Why was there a lock placed on the draft page for "Dead Talk Live" not allowing anyone in the world who has no COI to edit and resubmit, as well as Draft for "John Vizaniaris." 2. Why is harassment being allowed by Wikipedia user "Doggy54321" being allowed when it's been witnessed and reported to the Wikipedia Adminstrators.

Here is what is going to happen next guys. And before I proceed, please don't think that I am bluffing. I proved that I don't bluff after my episode last night. In the overnight hours of Sunday morning the article Titled "Wikpedia's Descrimination Against The Entertainment Industry" will be posted on Dead Talk News. It's going to be part 1 of a series of articles detailing this from start to whatever the resolution is. Next, the article is going to get posted throughout my entire social network of 340K followers. After that the matter is going go to people higher up than me. A press release is going to be generated regarding the article and distributed to every news outlet. ~ ToBeFree is going to particularly singled out for showing a clear bias with hi remarks against the entire "Entertainment Industry." There is going to be a combined called for ~ ToBeFree to be removed as a Wikipedia Administrator followed with a petition. At that point, part 2 of the story will be written and the same steps will be followed.

Listen guys, believe me, don't believe me, that is up to you. But I really don't want to do this. ~ ToBeFree I am willing to entertain that your statement against the "Entertainment Industry" did not come out and represent how you truly feel. There was a mistake made. Actually, a mistake that leads to even more mistakes based on assumptions. And if an IP address is all you have. You guys as Admins know as well as I do the unreliability of IP tracing, especially on popular websites. I am 100% positive my case of IP Screwups is most definitely NOT the first. This is a mistake that can be rectified. I had a 10-year spotless record on Wikipedia. You think out of the blue I started impersonating other people and creating fake accounts and listening pages and whatnot, really? Does that make sense to you? 10 years... While Wikipedia was still in its infancy. That's how long I've been a registered member. I know you guys are trying to do right. Please I ask you, take a step back, look at all the facts. This can still be walked back. I am not on a power trip asking for letters of apology and any other crap. The simple fact is, it is gonna take one Admin to show courage and fix a mistake that has been made. I know you guys are all young people trying to do right and I don't want to hurt your future's. I really don't. But I also can't sit back and do nothing when I do have the power and the platform to fix an injustice. There is still time left. Not a lot, just a few hours, but there is still time. This is the last time I am gonna make a plea for "Common Sense." I don't care which admin does it. You just need to Unblock my account, Unblock Jarnz99 account, remove the block from Dead Talk Live and the John Vizaniaris Draft pages and finally let them get their FAIR review based on the overwhelming legitimate references that have been cited. Do not let it sit in "Review Limbo." That is it. One of you can do this in less than 5 mins with just a few keystrokes. I am holding out hope that you guys will the right thing. Call it the foolish optimism in me, but I believe that someone can still step up with courage and do the right thing. Thank You Johnviz (talk) 03:00, 14 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Yamla Eyebeller 331dot ~ ToBeFree --jpgordon --Beyond My Ken Welcoming to the ever-growing club Ken. I just had to read your stomach-wrenching comments on your "Attaboy" Admins page. Talk about wanting to make me throw up. I love people who hide behind a computer screen and judge others. Put yourself out there. C'mon, show the mug yours. Step up to the plate. That's right, that requires guts... Easy to say what you want behind a username. C'mon Ken, do what you do best. Spew some stuff from your mom's basement. This is my Talk Page. Which according to Wikipedia is where I get to express my concerns. Who invited YOU???? Besides being a Non-Paid Admin on Wikipedia what do you have to show for your life? What have you accomplished. You've accomplished JACK. You sit behind your little computer screen, anonymously pass judgment on others because that all you are good for! You want to hit at me, I hit right back. So keep it coming. I am just waiting for you guys to block me out of my own Talk Page. Just waiting. So Ken, if you have the time, exuding your Psuedo Power on Wikipedia, and after popping those pimples go and check out Indeed. Because you know, you might need something more to relieve your miserable existence. Jerk, I am not going to admit to something I DID NOT DO!!!! Johnviz (talk) 03:49, 14 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.

I only comment here as an uninvolved editor familiar with Wikipedia, to confirm that the administrator(s) simply followed standard Wikipedia policy. I also wasn't asked to comment, I saw the discussion at the public administrator noticeboard, WP:ANI. Wikipedia is indeed not for WP:PROMOTION, WP:COI and WP:SOCK are relevant (and WP:FREESPEECH even if only an explanatory essay, Wikipedia editing is not a right but a privilege). In case you would like to eventually edit for other purposes than promotion, I suggest WP:HERE and WP:STANDARDOFFER. Thanks, —PaleoNeonate – 05:35, 14 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

I am not on Wikipedia 24/7 waiting for comments; I have other things to do in my life. There is no reason for "silence" other than that. 331dot (talk) 07:45, 14 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Your block edit

@Johnviz: As the admin who declined your latest unblock request, I'll add a bit more explanation. You are blocked for one reason, and one reason only, and that is the apparent misuse of multiple accounts. Nothing else. Your block is unrelated to the two draft articles, to your notability for a Wikipedia article (or lack thereof). So none of your lengthy arguments about your own status, the status of your video series, or the size of your audience, have any bearing on your block. The draft articles and your notability are separate issues, which would need to be addressed elsewhere by community consensus - admins have no power to decide on notability, so we could not declare the two subjects notable no matter how much you argue about it here.

The only thing you should address in any future unblock requests is the one thing that led to the block - that your account and another account have been editing on the same subjects from the same IP address. Now, you claim that IP identification can be erroneous, and the example you gave of inconsistent geographic locations is valid - that's because they are only estimates, based on the IP address itself (and any given IP address can be in a range that covers a wide geographic area). But the same uncertainty does not apply to your IP address - whenever I use online tools to check my IP, it often gets the geographic location wrong, but it never gets my IP address wrong. Those doing the CheckUser checks have multiple edits coming from the two accounts to check, and that can give them a high level of confidence. The possibility that the edits from the two accounts were consistently and incorrectly recorded as coming from the same IP address is very low, probably vanishingly low. Is there a valid reason why they might come from the same IP address? I don't know, but that's what you would need to think about for any new unblock request.

So what next? If you wish to make a new unblock request, you will need to use WP:UTRS. And in any such request, you should focus solely on the actual reason you are blocked. Making further threats of what you will do if we do not accede to your demands is not going to be successful - it is a strategy that many have attempted, but I know of none who has succeeded that way. I'll make one final point, on your disparaging of admins as all being young and your talking down to us... Your assumption is simply false. Wikipedia admins come from a wide range of ages, backgrounds and experiences, and many of us are older than you. So if you do appeal via WP:UTRS, you should re-align your approach to Wikipedia admins. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 10:43, 14 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
