Hi Chris. Thanks for reviewing the article. I've been researching San Marino for a separate project and was surprised he didn't have an article. I agree that their system of electing four heads of state a year is a bit wacky, but this 7-time captain is one of the few names that crops up in pretty much every article or book I've come across on the history. I think the key events he's involved in and the consistent retelling of them across multiple sources are grounds for his notability, as opposed to the hundreds of others who've held the office.
