Proposed deletion of Cathy pill

edit

The article Cathy pill has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Cathy pill has been reverted.
Your edit here to Cathy pill was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=BE&v=tPoMKmWHx4w) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. Referencing Cathy Pill

edit

The trick is always to have {{Reflist}} after the references.

But there is a major problem with this set of references: The great list on numbers in the reference list at the top is virtually useless. Please migrate them to the text to exemplify what they are meant to show. They really do need to be inline references. Fiddle Faddle 12:42, 29 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

I think you have a basic misunderstanding of inline references. The <ref></ref> pair go with precisive exactly by the item you are referencing in the text itself. {{Reflist}} picks these up and puts them in place instead of itself in the references section. What you (or others) seem to have done is to name the reference and plonk it in the references section, and THEN put the name in the text. Please do not do this. I've just spent a while sorting that out for you.
When you find a home in the text for the remaining references that are physically IN the references section, please MOVE them to the right place, bodily. Any questions please ask me on my talk page. Fiddle Faddle 13:14, 29 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
