Thanks for sending me these screenshots... edit

...per WP:RX but I am afraid that with them not being searchable I can't do much with them. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk) 14:40, 13 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

  • Hello, Jo-Jo Eumerus! Please remind me which of your many requests are you talking about? --Jim Hokins (talk) 15:02, 13 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
It was mainly "Interacting Climates of Ocean Basins". I don't think you have access beyond the Google Books screenshots? Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk) 15:07, 13 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
    • All visible pages from google books may be downloaded. Open book in Google preview. See all needed pages. Then press Ctrl+⇧ Shift+I. Then see sources. Then see books. And then open image in new tab. --Jim Hokins (talk) 15:17, 13 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thank you! edit

I just wanted to say an extra thanx for sending me the download of Acts of Christian martyrs. It is more appreciated than I can say. You rock!! Jenhawk777 (talk) 20:57, 17 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

  • To your health! Hope this book will help you in writing Wikipedia articles. --Jim Hokins (talk) 21:02, 17 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
    • I hope so too Jim. I work in the area of religion and philosophy and have recently been working on Persecution of Christians in the Roman empire and it is my hope that this work, which summarizes the narratives by Christians and assesses them, will shed some needed light on the evidences. I knew it was good luck when I saw your name - my husband's name is Jim Hawkins. Pretty funny huh? Anyway, thanx again and you stay well out there too. Pretty crazy these days. Best wishes! • I agree, this is a funny coincidence of names. Mutually I wish you and your loved ones good health! --Jim Hokins (talk) 12:50, 18 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

  • Hi Jim. You welcome. When you are working on request at WP:RX page, place {{doing}} tag in the request, so other people don't work on the same request. Thanks. --Gazal world (talk) 07:43, 25 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
