Hello, Re145vision. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Martin Bucer European Theological Seminary and Research Institutes, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

Hello Kudpung, the Martin Bucer European Theological Seminary and Research Institutes is a remarkable place of training because of its concept of training. It is further – as far as I know – one of the few – maybe even the only – christian theological seminary with a main focus on islamic studies. Besides, the research on religious freedom and persecution of christians are main topics of the research of the institute – and are well known in Europe. So I think this institution ist worthy of notice. I will try to work on this article to underline that. Greetings! --Re145vision (talk) 13:27, 21 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello! On point 1: This article is a biography of living person. Where do you see a special kind of promotion? On pont 2: Could you please specify the copyright allegation? The website you mentioned does not exist and at least I have not taken any content from there - perhaps the other way round. Thank you! Jhnns (talk) 14:16, 7 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

  There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard regarding a possible conflict of interest incident with which you may be involved. The thread is Thomas Schirrmacher. The discussion is about the topic Topic. Thank you. —Biohistorian15 (talk) 13:41, 7 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello Biohistorian15. I deal a lot with the work of Thomas Schirrmacher, so I also edit his Wikipedia entry accordingly. However, I mainly work on the German Wikipedia, where I also edit articles on completely different topics. Therefore, in the English Wikipedia it probably looks as if I am only editing Thomas Schirrmacher's article. To the best of my knowledge, however, I have never entered anything incorrect in Wikipedia. Jhnns (talk) 14:03, 7 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
I see. A fair bit of your posts over there seem to be similar though. Biohistorian15 (talk) 17:31, 7 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Yes, theology is my main subject. Jhnns (talk) 12:21, 8 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
I still don't understand what the problem is with the content of the article? The fact that I worked a lot on the article doesn't mean that I'm a fan or that the content is factually incorrect or one-sided. Therefore, if there are problems with the content, I would ask you to name them so that they can be corrected. But simply because a person has worked a lot on an article or subject, to imply that it is unobjective is not fair in my opinion! Best regards! Jhnns (talk) 08:21, 10 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Tbh, your German contributions are a key argument I simply overlooked at first. Maybe mention this one more time on the COI(-)N and the topic will likely be archived. Biohistorian15 (talk) 12:24, 10 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Ok, thanks! Jhnns (talk) 12:27, 10 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
