Your draft, reply edit

Hi, I'll explain in more detail why you're draft was declined:

1) It sounded like an ad, "Under the name Full Icecat, Icecat is providing access to its complete product content database on a subscription-only basis. By providing coverage guarantees, editorial service levels, content integration services and e-commerce apps, Icecat is providing value add to e-commerce companies." or "Martijn Hoogeveen - Icecat CEO - has kept a close eye on the development of cryptocurrencies since Digicash was created in 1992 by David Chaum. He tried Digicash to observe the technology in an R&D lab. However, it was too early. The first bitcoin hype in 2013 also caught his attention and he decided to invest into cryptocurrencies for the 1st time. Next, he invested in blockchain cloud provider Ledgable in 2017. On the basis of this experience, the Icecat team saw a great business opportunity"

Sounds unneutral and like something in an ad. It should be written in a neutral sort of way. Check out this article is written ,it sounds neutral and like something you'd see in a encyclopedia not in an ad.

2) The sources you provided don't show it is notable. Slideshare isn't a RS, icecat's official site is a primary source (which generally isn't allowed), about us and company profiles aren't reliable sources (unless to show WP:V in some circumstances. Stuff like newspaper articles, books, magazines (mostly ones without the company or company people being interviewed and ones that aren't press releases) are the sources you need to show it is notable.

That's why it was rejected. I'll help a little with your draft, but I am a reviewer and am not obliged to help people write their drafts. Cheers. JC7V-talk 16:16, 29 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
