This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

This needs some work for tone, as it comes across as a little pro Moriarty-McLaughlin. You also need to be careful of the claims you make, as some of these can be considered original research. For example, you use a primary source to claim that Moriarty-McLaughlin is the original "woman on the street" because she interviewed students on campuses for a newscast. This is almost certainly not true, as she is very extremely unlikely to be the first woman who has gone to campuses or "on the street" to interview the average citizen. It's unlikely to be true even for YouTube. At most it may be true that she's the first to do such segments for Campus Reform, but you'd have to have sourcing to prove that - ie, sourcing that explicitly makes this statement.
