The article looks okay on a quick review - submit it for review and hopefully someone with specialist knowledge will be better qualified to comment on notability - this is not an area in which I have any knowledge.

Pictures are tricky. You need to have permission to upload and for it to be available to people using and copying the article. If Getty now own the image rights I suspect it won't qualify to be used. Can the subject not release an image that he owns the rights to? If you get a free image it's best to upload it to Wikipedia Commons - as it's easier to upload there and then use the Commons image on Wikipedia. I can show you how to do that and how to populate the info box with an image.
